Our focus on long-term components aligns with the enduring appeal of camping as an affordable vacation and living alternative. Leveraging growth patterns, we acquire cash-flowing properties near lakes, state parks, and major highways, creating a valuable barrier to entry for vacationers and also closing the divide of housing affordability in our current world.
We take a simple approach to our parks that starts with the people in our group and the people we serve in the parks. Many times these parks have been owned for 25-30+ years and we want to keep it feeling like family over a hands-off institution.
